Crossfire & MSC players make an impact in local prep soccer
Ben Sande, Asher Dale and Ben Atkinson compete for Colony HS
Three Crossfire & MSC players were recently featured in the Mat-Su Valley Frontiersman Sports section: Ben Sande, Asher Dale and Ben Atkinson, with particular attention given to Ben's speed and consistent scoring through the first four games of Colony's season.
Ben is the son of Crossfire Alaska coach Rob Sande and MSC President Michelle Sande. He has been training and traveling with MSC, AKFC and Crossfire since age 9. Both Asher Dale and Ben Atkinson received their early soccer training as MSC players. All three together with their Colony HS team are headed into a promising season of prep soccer!

Crossfire Alaska Partnership
Crossfire Premier Soccer Club, Washington State and the Pacific Northwest's largest premier-level soccer institution for boys and girls under 19 years of age, is excited to announce an exciting new affiliation, which provides for an all-new partner club, Crossfire Alaska. The announcement launches a relationship that will offer benefits to players across the state of Alaska, as well as players already playing for Crossfire Premier.

Western College Development Association
It's official! Crossfire Alaska has been accepted into the Western College Development Association. The WCDA is a premier youth soccer program for established and elite soccer clubs, delivering consistent, high-quality competition and college readiness services for its members.
For the 2014 year the following Crossfire Alaska teams are expected to compete in WCDA League events: Crossfire Alaska AKFC 99 Girls and Crossfire Alaska AKFC 98 Girls.

Kali Trevithick Invited to U.S. Under-14 National Team Training Camp
Crossfire Alaska is proud to announce that Kali Trevithick, a standout midfielder for both AKFC and Matanuska Soccer Club teams over the past few years, has been invited to the next U.S. Under-14 Girls’ National Team training camp, which will be held November 23-30 at U.S. Soccer’s National Training Center in Carson, CA.

Jaeden Chew Accepts Scholarship to Cincinnati
Jaeden Chew, a member of the MSC Polaris 96 girls from U11 through U16, has verbally committed to play soccer for the University of Cincinnati Bearcats. An NCAA Division I program, Cincinnati competes in the vaunted Big East Conference, and Chew will join the team upon the completion of her senior year of high school in 2014.
Chew currently plays club soccer for Crossfire Premier and is a junior at Skyline High School in Sammamish, WA.[+]
