Online registration is now closed. If you have players who are just training with your team, or you would like to add them to your roster, please contact Ann Marie with their information. The MSC Premier Feeof $75 is required for any of these players, as well as whatever team fees you may be charging. If a player is brand new to MSC, and is not registered, they will need to call me to get their registration added. You may collect this and other fees and deposit them using the deposit form located on the left. Please let me know when you have collected the MSC Premier Fee for any player--I need to know the amount paid and how it was paid (check #, cash, etc.) so that I can clear them to practice.
Each player on your team, or who is registered with MSC, must complete the MSC Liability Release Form which is also found on the left. You need to keep a copy of this form in your binder. Please contact me directly with any questions or concerns.
